Abstract

From June 1980 through April 1983, 24 cases of Ebstein’s cardiac anomaly were treated surgically in our hospital, 22 underwent plication of atrialized ventricle, and 2, tricuspid valve replacement. There was one early death, an operative mortality rate of 4.2%; and there was no late death, A brief account of our experience in this series of cases forms the basis of this chapter.
