Abstract
One should realize that also in case of a coexisting prolapse of vaginal walls and/or uterus the symptoms of stress incontinence can be caused by: (1) sphincter insufficiency, (2) bladder instability, (3) mixed type urinary incontinence (sphincter insufficiency as well as bladder instability), and (4) overflow incontinence.
