Abstract

Investigations on the background levels of anthropogenic organic substances and their analogs in the environment are relatively new. Such a case study is being carried out at Lake Glubokoe (its water mass, bottom sediments, interstitial waters) and other water bodies. The study includes pesticides, carcinogenic substances, organic halides, petroleum products, phenols and surfactants.
