Abstract
The quartet of isotopes of hydrogen(H) and helium(He) are the four most abundant species in the arriving cosmic radiation. In this paper, a brief summary of the spectra snd propagation of these species is given. The reader is referred to Beatty (1986) for a more detailed discussion.
