Abstract
The MD-method is a two-phases interactive multi-criteria decision-making procedure, which. is able to order yariants in accordance with the group interests. In the first phase of the procedure the decision-makers determine the weights of the criteria /decision variables/, then in the second phase the ranks of the variants are evaluated. In both cases the participants have the possibility to study the structure of the decision-makers’ group.
