Resumen
En el Plan Energético Nacional de 1983 (PEN-83) se establecía que el logro de algunos de los objetivos en él contenidos, como la diversificación de la oferta energética ó la potenciación de recursos nacionales en el abastecimiento energético de nuestro país, se verían favorecidos por la participación en dicho abastecimiento de las llamadas energías renovables.
