Abstract

In our laboratory we are primarily interested in elucidating the structural arrangement of proteins functioning on the oxidizing side of Photosystem II (PS II). in this communication we report the isolation and preliminary characterization of a monoclonal antibody (MAb), FAC2, which recognizes an antigenic determinant on the 49 kDa protein of PS II.
