Abstract
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the advantages brought about by the use of stereotactic biopsies in the treatment of cerebral tumors and especially to appreciate wether the precise knowledge of the nature and grading of these tumors and their exact anatomical situation really permit to define the best therapeutic indication.
