Abstract

This retrospective review covers a period during which diagnostic and therapeutic conceptions in cerebral gliomas have made great progress. The development of stereotactic technics and the introduction of computed tomography have permitted a more sophisticated knowledge of the anatomy, the histology and the spatial configuration of these tumors.
