Abstract
Prognostic data from stereotactic serial biopsies of glial tumours are usually derived following the histological grading of the WHO Committee (11) and/or the spatial classification proposed by French Authors (3). Nevertheless the histological grading based only on morphological and cytological features may not be considered strictly prognostic.
