Abstract
The layer with T = 300 K and density 0.07 g cm in Uranus (and may be Neptune) atmosphere in is the most suitab1e extraterrestrial 1ocations in the So1ar system for the origin and sustentation of 1ife. The high density of CH4, NH3, NH2HS, H2O etc, the presence of water drops and electrical discharges facilitate the emergence of life.
