Simultaneous Optical and Infrared Observations of Stellar Flares

Abstract

We present simultaneous optical (U) and infrared (K) observations of stellar flares. Our observations show evidence for the occurrence of infrared “negative” events in coincidence with the optical flares.

Based on observations obtained at the European Southern Observatory, La Silla, Cile.
