Abstract

Experience with small and medium-sized companies shows that it might be a better alternative to introduce innovation into conservative organizations using the existing weakness situation as a niche. Conservative business are not open for innovation and change. By using the “INNO-WEAK” approach it becomes easier to foster new ideas and a new course of action.
