Abstract
Capability of uninuclear microspores of the woody sp. Ch.praecox L. (2n=22) for androgenesis and/or callus production in the culture of anthers from the buds in successive developmental stages (1–4) and cultured in MS (Murashige and Skoog, 1962) medium with 2,4-D, Kin., and vitamines (Radojević, 1980) was studied.
