Abstract
In oder to develop new breeding strategies new opportunities must now be used to buckwheat, that is an agriculturally important plant. At present time there are data on regeneration of plantlets from buckwheat tissue culture (Yamane 1974) and vegetative propagation of buckwheat in vitro (Srejović, Nešković I98I, 1983).
