Abstract

A fluid dynamics computer code has been conceived at the Institut Français du Pétrole. Its function is to model certain transient phenomena governed by the equations of dynamics of compressible, inviscid fluids occurring in a bounded domain, with two-dimensional or three-dimensional axisymmetric geometry, the boundary conditions being of a Neumann type: u.n = 0.
