Abstract
The role of radiation therapy in the overall management of patients with Ewing’s sarcoma is an evolving one. In this chapter, following some pertinent introductory comments, we will discuss the impact of modern staging techniques, prognostic factors that have emerged, importance of local control and how best this may be attained, complications and late effects and, finally, new approaches to treatment.
