Abstract

It’s good to be here with so many old friends, colleagues, and students. It’s better to be the last discussant because the other two have covered the main points and I can be idiosyncratic—or just plain quirky in what I talk about. It’s best to be here in St. Louis where at least baseball fans think this week of October 19, 1987 been a good week.
