Infrared Emission from Reflection Nebulae

  • Conference paper

Part of the book series: International Astronomical Union / Union Astronomique Internationale ((IAUS,volume 135))

Abstract

Observations of 1–25 µm continuum emission and the interstellar infrared emission features in reflection nebulae are reviewed. These observations place important constraints on models of very small grains or large molecules such as PAHs, which these models must address in order to understand this fundamental component of interstellar dust.
