Abstract
It is estimated that, at the present rate of consumption of (readily available stored energy in) fossil fuels, the world’s fossil fuel reserves may be depleted completely in the next 100 years or so. Engineers and researchers all over the world are in search of new and renewable energy sources. Developing efficient and inexpensive energy storage systems and devices is, however, as important as developing new energy sources.
