Resume

La modélisation des contacts élastohydrodynamiques tels qu’ils existent dans les roulements et les engrenages est rappelée. Les perturbations des approches classiques sont décrites: présence de rugosité sur les surfaces, frottement en surface, variation des propriétés élastiques des massifs. Une modélisation du fonctionnement est présentée. Elle repose sur une analyse fréquentiel1e de la microgéométrie des surfaces réelles. La pression réelle dans le contact en est déduite, et son analyse en fonction de la longueur d’onde des microgéométries constitue un critère fonctionnel de la surface. Enfin, une évaluation de l’endommagement de la surface vis-à-vis de la fatigue superficielle est proposée.
