Abstract
In our opinion, apart from scientific, engineering, economic, and ecological issues, the intricacy of the problem of recycling nuclear submarines (NSs) of the Russian Federation Navy consists in making the correct managerial decision on the entire direction or strategy of the government and governmental structures (policy, economy, social aspects, etc.)
