Abstract

The multiple criteria decision-making problem is considered. Each object (variant) is described by a tuple of estimates according to n scalar criteria. A binary relation г of power (importance) is defined on the set of criteria. On the set of estimate tuples, this relation induces some transitive preference order relation τ г for variants. Each order relation can be defined by its representation function. In this paper, an explicit form of the representation function of the relation τ г is obtained for each г and the complexity of the representation is investigated by means of logical formulas.
