Abstract
This paper briefly describes the general activities of the “Centre Catala de la Qualitat (CCQ)” (created by the Catalan Government) to promote quality and productivity in the local industry. It focuses on the scheme and materials developed together with the “Universitat Politécnica de Catalunya (UPC)” to promote and implement continuous quality improvement.
