Abstract
In Chapter I (Remark I.4.2) the notion of small Reynolds numbers is introduced. For small Reynolds numbers a functional-analytic solution u(t, x) of the evolution equation depends on the initial value u0(x). Therefore in this case in moment theory we can use the method of functional-analytic expansions.
