Summary
Legume inoculation with Rhizobium spp. ensures nodulation and efficient nitrogen fixation. However, the need for inoculation must first be evaluated. This paper discusses this evaluation and methods of inoculant production, application of rhizobia to seed, production of pelleted seed, and the response to inoculation.
