Summary
High-reflective lesions are found in various intraocular conditions such as retinoblastoma, retinoma, choroidal haemangioma, osteoma etc. using standardized A-Scan echography. Additional particular echographic findings and the clinical appearance are helpful in further differentiating the high-reflective lesions.
