Quanta of Action and Probability

Abstract

It will be shown that apart from Planck’s elementary quantum of action there are four additional types of quanta of action which are closely tied to the four fundamental interactions and it will be indicated that the, resented until now in Quantum Mechanics, necessity of only probabilistic predictions has no origin in the quanta of action as such but in the scattering processes typical of acts of measurement.
