Abstract
In principle it is possible to draw state diagrams of binary systems by means of calorimetric-measurements. Such state diagrams of low molecular systems are well known, but there is only little knowledge of systems of which at least one component is a polymer. First results were obtained from the systems gelatin-water and polyethylene oxide-water. Measurements of the system x-carrageenan-water are not yet completed.
