Abstract
In two recent articles (Tully 1986, 1987), I have argued for the existence of clustering of Abell clusters on a scale of 0.1 c. The purported structures would involve of order 60 Abell clusters and 1018 M ⊙ each. Further, I have claimed that we must reside in something I have called the Pisces-Cetus Supercluster Complex, which has the extraordinary property that it is concentrated to a plane coincident with the much more nearby plane of the Local Supercluster.
