Abstract
We demonstrate that novel electron trapping (ET) materials are capable of performing optical outer-product, inner-product, as well as the formation of a reconfigurable interconnection matrix. 2D and 1D associative memories based on inner- and outer-products employing ET materials have been demonstrated.
