Abstract

As an important part of CIMS, QAS is discussed in this paper. The hierarchal quality control(HQC) is the most effective control method in the modern manufacturing, so the dynamic quality control model is needed in HQC. The engineering feasibility of HQC is also analyzed in the paper. As an example, a 3-level quality control system is presented in this article, which is developed in author’s qualitycontrol center. The main program methods are given by the authors. The result of tests is in agreement with design.
