Abstract

Although the majority of burns are minor and can be treated on an outpatient basis, epidemiological studies concerning minor burns in our region have rarely been performed. The present study was carried out in order to focus on the causative factors of minor burns and subsequently to emphasize the recommendations for multidisciplinary prevention of these burns.
