Abstract
The lattice gas method is an alternative to classical “floating point based” simulation methods for fluid dynamics. It is particularly well suited to address fluid dynamical problems with complex physics (multiphase, multi-species, with chemical reactions, diffusion…), and/or complex geometry, such as open flows around obstacles of arbitrary shapes.
