Abstract
The complexity and heterogeneity of soils lead to an important variability among the microbial community which colonize this environment. Depending upon the physical and chemical properties of the soil, including texture, minerals, pH and presence of plants, the diversity and density of microorganisms will be distinct [14, 40].
