Thin cell layer (TCL) method to programme morphogenetic patterns

  • Chapter
Plant Tissue Culture Manual

Abstract

The establishment of plant organ shape, structure and function proceeds from the embryo stage to the adult stage according to an ordered sequence of events. This implies that the genetic information is expressed or repressed according to a temporal and spatial order.
