Abstract
In recent years the development of Project Management (PM) has been characterised, firstly, by an essential increase of the projects’ complexity and by an expansion of the areas of their application. Secondly, both methods and techniques used in PM are not developed sufficiently and lag far behind practical demands. This results in decreasing the efficiency of the projects’ realisation. In this paper we suggest a new concept to create a PM system which is adequate to today’s conditions for realising modern and complicated projects. The basic conceptions developed comprise both methods and techniques, which enable raising the activities of all project participants into proper online decisionmaking.
