Abstract
During the last few years new fruitful methods for solving classical interpolation problems and their generalizations were found [1, 14, 27]. An essential contribution to the theory of interpolation problems was made by V.P.Potapov [44]–[46]. He developed a method reducing interpolation problems to the corresponding matrix inequalities, containing all information about the problem under investigation. However, while catching the general features of a wide variety of interpolation problems, V.P.Potapov’s method does not contain a description of this class and a precise procedure of passage from the problem in question to the corresponding inequality.
