Abstract
Teaching quality monitoring is core content of management of teaching quality in medical colleges. Based on modern network technology, diversified network monitoring system for teaching quality is built up, which is inevitably the best solution to the current problems in teaching quality management. This paper was written on the basis of an empirical study,for the purpose of constructing the teaching quality network monitoring system by means of the theory about teaching total quality management (TTQM), the building of teaching quality monitoring system and its operating mechanism, as well as the researches and designs of teaching quality network monitoring system, in which both sides of the interest parities, whether on-campus or off-campus, could participate. The result of our practice shows that the application of the system, with the participation of whole faculties, has met the needs of implementing teaching quality monitoring thoroughly and systematically, and greatly improved work efficiency.
