Abstract

This paper introduces a cloud-based personalized tour recommendation system that automatically generates a trip based on the user’s choice. Specifically, we utilize the Point of Interest (POI) and Line of Interest (LOI) to construct the scenic spots and trips on the cloud server. The cloud system provides POIs to the user by using the k-nearest neighbor algorithm. The user selects the POIs that the user wants to visit, and the cloud system integrates the selected POIs into a personalized LOI for the user.
