Inflammatory Breast Cancer: An Update

Abstract

We are truly honored to provide the first textbook related to inflammatory breast cancer. This inflammatory breast cancer is rare but the most aggressive form of breast cancer. Despite it has a distinct clinical presentation, we have yet to establish the pathogenesis of this disease. The disease does not have molecularly defined diagnostic criteria and we are not able to establish the definitive inflammatory breast cancer specific treatment. Therefore, there is a strong need for a clinical and a scientific advancement of this disease.
