Abstract
This chapter is dedicated to young people’s quality of life, considering that youth is a social construction in reference with the social context in which young people developed their daily life. To do this, it first explains the evolution of the concepts: social needs, welfare and well-being. Then it presents the concept “quality of life” considering different authors points of view. Finally it characterizes young people’s quality of life.
