Abstract
Quality-of-life is considered to be a significant concept in various disciplines from psychology to management. Although, there is no consensus about the definition of quality-of-life concept, it is accepted that the concept is highly related to individual’s subjective sense of well-being. Tourism-related research area is one of the developing areas which gives growing attention to the concept because that the tourism sector is highly affected to subjective preferences of the tourists as well as their well-being. Thus, it is important to understand the variables that influence tourist’s subjective aspects in order to understand their quality-of-life in tourism. It is the assumption that the increased understanding would give the opportunity to flourish to tourism sector.
