The Global Age has already witnessed many more changes than the Isolation Age ever saw. As nations look forward to a Global Age future, they can also look back and learn from the mistakes of the Isolation Age. Evaluation of Global Risk History is essential to reflect on fundamental questions and concerns that will help nations understand their weaknesses, imbalances, and imperfections.
