Abstract
Today detection of concealed explosives is an urgent problem all over the world and should be solved in the shortest time. As estimated by the experts of UNO, for the last 20 years the parties involved in local wars, armed conflicts and terrorist actions have used on the territory of 62 countries over 100 millions concealed explosive devices (mines, land-mines, different explosive devices). Experts consider that the total amount of concealed explosives per year makes up over one million, 75% of which have housings made of plastic or contain a minimum of metal components [1].
