Abstract
The mechanical behaviour of rigid particles reinforced M/C MC is studied. The Unit Cell analysis for hydrostatic loading is carried out analytically. For all range of loading paths, the FEM is used for Unit Cell analysis. The loading path effect on energy releasing, as well as, the expression for macroscopic elastic potential of damaged composite are established. The obtained constitutive equations are sensitive to loading path and particularly allow to take into account the non-symmetrical mechanical response in tension and in compression which is imposed by the inclusion-matrix interaction.
