Abstract

What then can we do? The writers of these pages do not presume to offer a route map of the way out of this wasteland of the spirit. So far they have been describing the charts which have been used to shepherd us into it, and the dangers of continuing to use them. All they can now do is to point to a possible exit and hope to persuade people to move in a body towards it.
