Abstract
A great many researchers have been concerned with the problems of optimal control in distributed parameter systems. Amongst the papers on these subjects let us choose the most familiar and fundamental developments by A. G. Butkovsky [53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60]. J. K. Lions [200, 201, 202], K. A. Lurie [206, 207], T. K. Sirazetdi- nov [100, 298, 299], G. L. Degtyarev [97, 98, 99, 100], and Yu. S. Os- ipov [247, 248], due to which the theory of control over these systems was formed as an independent extensive domain in the theory of controllable dynamic systems, important from both the theoretical and practical standpoints.
