Abstract
Part I addressed the impact of policies and current methodological approaches on gendered learning pathways and choices . While acknowledging gender challenges for men as well as women within lifelong learning , the chapters in Part I particularly highlighted women’s experiences as central to the development of their learning choices . The chapters in Part II move our focus to the world of work to consider gendered choices at different stages of the employment lifecycle and in different employment and learning contexts.
