Biomechanics
The safety concept that will be developed in this chapter takes into consideration the mitigation of injuries to the occupants of a vehicle that my result from a collision against an external obstacle or another vehicle. In this way this safety concept assumes both the possibility that a collision may occur and the probability of injuries arising due to this collision.
